If this is the first time accessing your account, your default Username is your Social Security Number (without dashes) and your default Password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
The Markets are closed on February 16, 2026. Did you take a distribution from your plan in 2025? 1099-R forms will be issued directly from the trust company that issued the distribution. They will be mailed by 1/31/26. If you do not receive a copy of your form by 2/28/26, you can contact AMI and we will request a copy from your trust company.
